Go look at goodwill and yard sales and stuff. If you cant find one get a raspberry pie.

 

One time i made a cardboard box some Styrofoam and plexiglass into a fake computer and i had a Dry erase marker that i would write on the screen with and that cost about $25 to make/

That would be quite a potent system, I used to have one of those 9800 GTX's and it was a bloody excellent card back in the day though the Core 2 Duo E6850 probably didn't do it justice though I can't remember.

I had an E8400 on an Asus P5Q and a 9800GTX+ and it was still going well into WoW-Cataclysm in ten man raiding. My brother now uses it for LoL.

You can either pick up a used computer unit somewhere second hand or you can get a Raspberry Pi.

 

What are you intending on using the computer for?

I would say Raspberry pi, but your gonna need a powered usb hub, as well as someother things to make it function properly.
