i5 4460, h97m anniversary and corsair value select, any hope?

I5 4460 | H97m Anniversary | 16gb | GTX 970 | thermaltake versa n21 case  | Seagate 1tb hdd | Thermaltake PSU
Mouse | I had a few gray hamsters, they died a few years ago. They were Bobo, Seed and Seed 2.0.

There's no hope there.  BIOS is probably about as bare as a laptop BIOS.

Nope, no overclocking available here. The best you can do is force constant turbo boost across all cores, that's it.
