Maybe youtube is just being buggy af?

Likes are updated instantly, as they're linked with the account. Views, on the other hand, are verified before being counted, YouTube hasn't actually said how it does it, but it takes longer to count a view than it did before. They did it so only 'real views' are counted. 

 

It's not a bug as some others have said, it's how YouTube does its' thing.

Sounds like twtich "E3 in few moments", the countdown was on for 5 hours :D

Youtube has had this bug for more than 5 months. They not bothered. It happens to very few videos.

Connection: 200mbps / 12mbps 5Ghz wifi
