It infact is impossible for a man to get a erection outer space because of the lack of gravity, which means your body can do what ever it want's to do, but it can't get enough blood down to the male's rocket to ensure a proper lift off, we are naturally not evolved to live in space(yet) and if im not mistaken there where also a few problems with the woman's way of acting in reproduction/sex, altough im not sure about that.

yeah, altough i doubt a safe dose would be enough to help against that, since in space/low gravity things(from water to melons to waht ever) prefer to be at the place with the lowest preasure and greatest gravital attraction, an erection would require sufficient pressure and the gravity point inside the body be at the same area instead of the head where it normally lies.

So apparently PornHub has an IndiGoGo campaign to make the first porn in space. They are calling it Sexploration. As of 11 hours they have $2,661 of thier 3.4Mil goal. 

 

Hoestly this doesn't surprise me but check out some of these funding rewards. For $20,000 you can write your own scene.

 

For 'only' $150,000 you can get one of the spacesuits which are apparently 'great for cosplay.'
