I used an Ouija board a few days ago. YES, it worked. I discovered somebody named Doug is in my house. Worst part is, when I asked what it wanted, it said "Hel". This could mean either hell or help, either of which I'm totally not ok with. Since then, shits been whack. Directly after using the board my dog and cat went ape shit berserk and were barking/hissing at this one specific room (den) in my house. My entire house will lose power randomly for a few seconds, and my clocks reset themselves constantly. Doors are opening a little on their own, and my things get moved around. I'm scared and have no clue what to do. suggestions pls

I could go on a long rant, explaining you, why you are being paranoid and just adding a paranormal dimension to normal thing, but that would probably be without any meaning.

 

Find someone that can remove spirits. Be it a spiritual leader, a psychic or something similar.

If you believe the ouijia board brought a spirit into your house, then you will probably believe that such a person can remove them.

If you want a serious answer, it's all in your head. Ouija boards work with something called the "ideomotor response". It wasn't a spirit that wrote you the message, it was you. All of you expect the board to work, so you subconsciously move the marker on your own. Hell if it was really a spirit moving the pin you wouldn't even need to have your own hands on the damn thing to begin with.

Your dogs and cats started freaking out because you were acting strange. Animals are pretty good at picking up when their owners get scared.
