Well on the live stream a few weeks ago slick said something about lifting.

So he must work out right?

I go to the gym for 3hr a day its kinda of a must being in the military and all.

How many of you guys on the forum hit up they gym?

And what's your workout ruteine.

I don't go to the gym for expanding my muscle size.

I mountainbike 3-4 times a week, and I ski on an indoor slope 1-2 times a week.

not really, but i do cycle to work or school every day, so that 40km every day. (@30-35kmh)

And I sometimes go on cycling vacations. (cycled to Denmark last year, 14 days, 100km per day)

Kickboxing 3 or 4 times a week keeps me pretty active.  I also go mountain biking at Cannock Chase twice a week if anyone in the UK has heard of that place :P

I did. Spent a summer + one semester doing StrongLifts 5x5, but it has since taken a back burner. I've been on the Warrior Diet for the last year or so too, so returning to StrongLifts ought to have some good results.

 

I get plenty of exercise walking around to and from work. About 40 odd minutes per day.

Gym almost everyday for 1-1.5 hours, just to make myself feel well and not a piece of worthless meat.

Im a sprinter and also a long distance runner so i do that.

I also played paintball for a while at tournament level and i my position was the snake.

I do stretches every day, to grow as tall as possible. I also do pushups, about 100-160 every other day (grouped in sets), and I do exercises for my abs.

I was like muscular for a month or so and then i sayd , fuck this shit lets get normal again (not fat , i've never been fat ) but i really want to me muscular again but it is so boring in the gym , i rather do a sport like basketbal , football ( Soccer) .

I am a rower and a swimmer so I am in great shape. I row 3 hours a day during the season and 3 hours of swimming when I am in the swim season. I am always in a sport so there is no off time.

Well im on a 5x8 workout, low rep high weight.

I hit 2 major muscle groups a day 5 exercises per group. Then 45 min cardio before and after the lifts.

Preworkout, protein, BCAA's, crazy multivitamins. All help haha.

I spend all my money on pc components. And supplements

do it at home and my triceps will soon be bigger than biceps LOL

anyone knows good excercise for biceps that does not involve improvised weights ( aka 2L bottles filled with water xD )
