Apparently my system sucks more ass than i thought lol

Jonathan W

just went on UserBenchmark.com and ran their entire system benchmarking software. I mean i know i have an old system but to see these numbers is kinda crazy lol, even if their approximates..

Dont use that benchmark, Use:

Passmark for allround performance,
Cinebench for workbench performance
Firestrike for gaming performance

for benchmarking.

I don't particuarly like Passmark. It seems a bit unfair at times. Cinebench I agree with, however.

Remove the code tags from the outside and it should work.

each one is a different rating system that takes different priorities into account, like gaming obviously will use my GPU score more than others, and Desktop is like generally how good is your build and i think Workstation runs the opposite as Gaming, takes your CPU and grades them more critically

tried that, didnt change anything, so i just did a little maneuvering of the data so it should be readable now :]

I'm sorry, I still think that dividing your system rating into three categories and giving each of them the percentage is stupid (with one possible exception).

Any unknown button should be pressed even number of times.

CPU: 60.2% AMD FX-8350

GPU: 23.2% AMD HD 7770

SSD: 77.1% OCZ Vertex 4 256GB

my poor 7770 getting slated like that :( is a bit stupid looking at the help it says that the desktop is focused on single core performance and that workstation is focused on multi-core.

yet my 8350 scores better in single core than multi?

I have a Core i7 930 with a GeForce GTX 680. Runs fine. Play games fine.

Get an SSD, it will be the best investment you did. Plus you can use it in your future build, especially if you get a good one, despite using SATA-2 controller now.

ya know a guy on the thread i made for my new AiO cooler told me to get the same Xeon...but i disagree for a few reasons:

1. I already bought the cpu, AiO, and Mobo on Amazon last night lol

2. i plan on getting an oculus rift some day and that needs an i5-4590, and im not entirely sure if a Xeon would be compatible and id rather not risk it :]

Hmm, either I set it up wrong or it doesn't do a thorough job as it only tested 1 of my GPU's.
