What FOV do you play on?

minibois

When I play new games, I immediately take a look if they have FOV settings.

In Skyrim I have to change it via console commands, so that is how I got these numbers in my head.

Keep in mind, ~65 or so is console standard and 90 is standard for many PC games (like CS:GO).

Personally, on consoles I don't have much of a problem with the FOV.

In Skyrim, I first played on 90, than got up to 100 and 110, but now I'm trying to get back.

I play on 100 in Minecraft (when I play that game)

I play 90 in most games, but for Battlefield games I usually play at 120.

I'm maxing out the FOV pretty much all the time, however in some games it's just 45 *cough* Metro *cough*

So it really depends on the game, which is pretty annoying as your brain has to adjust every god damn time.

Not to forget about Grand Theft Auto

The max?

I hope you mean when on multiple screens, because this is how FOV 180 Skyrim looks like:

To a point it does, surely increasing FOV will decrease your ability to see further away enemies. Anything above 105/110 is pushing it I feel. Sure more situational awareness but depends on the game really.

I like more FOV 'cause you can see more.... but it can look a bit weird on small displays!

I don't always use Vessel.... but when I do, it's because of Scrapyard Wars.

You've never played on 360 FOV...

I go for 91-100. But most games are 90.

Depends on the game, but nothing lower than 90.

HL1 has a crap 90º FoV, at 110 or 115 gets better.

Between 105-115, I have a 21:9 screen, need the larger-than-average FOV.

Highest it can go. With Source games, it tends to be capped at 90, but I have played up to 130 for FPS games. Only time I've been able to get that high is with Borderlands 2 with the developer's console enabled. But other than that it's usually 90-110, depending on what the game allows.

I haven't played Skyrim much, but when I do I like to crank it up there as well, it makes me feel as if I'm playing Quake RPG. Awesome.

I played with whatever the game has for FOV as default.  Anything different to me is cheating or not playing the game the way it was meant to be played.

Too many ****ing games!  Back log 4 life! :S
