can i fix this or is it dead? when i power the board on nothing happens at all :(

If I where you I would see if I could get the board bent closer to it's original shape then try the oven trick to re-flow the soulder to any of the top mounted components.

something like this happens when the mobo gets pressure for a long time, not just one hit

A larger heavier package might have been sitting on the corner of the box for up too a few days while it was being shipped, but ya a single sharp blow probably would have just cracked it.
