they seriously should just sell games in USB drives...

if someone doesnt want to download a digitalcopy at least they can use ONE usb drive and have much faster speeds...

I know it would involve licencing and that's literally the only reason we don't already do this, but for people with shitty internet access buying the games on blu-rays would be so good now.

 

I don't have shitty internet anymore and still get disk versions if Amazon is the cheapest place to buy them. The only thing putting me off is that Steam is cross-OS compatible meaning if I were to change to Linux at some point I don't lose my library as more becomes available.

They could be 2 blu rays, if enough people had a blu ray drive ^^ but hey, even if there were 15 discs what's the big deal? If you can't buy digital because of a slow connection, surely waiting a couple of hours for the install to finish is nothing compared to the couple of weeks it would take to download it... and it wouldn't take any less if they were blu rays. Just watch a movie or read a book while it's installing and pop in the next disc when the pc spits out the previous one.
