That's usually the creator's choice that can be found on Google Ad Sense settings, I think. Ads that can't be skipped usually pays higher than the skippable ones I think around $20 cpm.

I got another 1 minute long adver for another video, so I disabled adblock, reloaded the page and got the exact same ad, this time I could skip it after the 3 seconds or whatever.

I advocate intergration not expulsion.

I'm a nationalist and populism sort of guy. I'm probably the opposite of you in a few key areas.

Basically, I lean into conservative libertarianism in terms of political opinion.
