Will there ever come a time where 'all Police' are required to wear cameras? What follows that? That all citizens wear a camera with their security GPS chip?

Thats all we need. Watson learning how teenie boppers talk and then becoming a teenager itself. 

 

Could you image a supercomputer that could give you attitude? Dear god.
