I dont watch classical TV, because...

answer why you don't watch classical TV anymore...

and don't think about the answer "because Linus/Slick/LTT is better."... biggrin.png

and if you watch Youtube on your Smart-TV you're watching Youtube, and not TV :D

I dont watch classical TV anymore, because it's 80-90% scripted reality which is totally out of my interest...

You are allowed to have animated avatars on LTT, but - try to have images like "userbars" in the signature - no chance...

Cable TV is a waste of money, and having to surf through all the random channels that are bundled in just to find something half-decent isn't worth it, all the really good old s hows are on when a lot of people are in school/at work.

Downloading programs from CNet is not a good idea, as they will commonly include unwanted, and sometimes dangerous bloatware... The more you know.

Because it is just watching commercials with shows inbetween them.

Because the shows are not worth it.

What I want to watch, is here on the internet.

I only watch the news (twice a day, morning and during dinner).

I don't watch TV because of streaming services on the internet being far more superior. With streaming I don't get an abundance of crappy ads, I get to choose the shows I want to watch(and have full control over what season and episode), and its just overall a better experience( I don't have to use a crappy remote with a clunky UI and I get to use whatever device I want). So, why don't I watch TV? Because it sucks.

Still watch classical TV but opted out of my satellite because of the reality tv virus infecting every channel. WTH Discovery! Now I just roll my own with a combo of OTA PVR, physical media purchases, digital media purchases, and youtube.

I dont watch classical TV anymore, because it's 80-90% scripted reality which is totally out of my interest...

Curious... So what do you do for everyday entertainment?
