Does Linus Memorize His Lines

Hey guys,

 

I've always wondered, does Linus memorize his script? I mean often, the script he reads is quite long and stuff. But then again it always seems like he's looking into the camera. If not, does he have those fancy prompters those news guys have?

 

All answers appreciated :D

Yeah, they have a teleprompter. Ever notice how he touches his side? That's him scrolling through the prompter.

As I recall, he uses a Galaxy Tab 2 or something like that with some weird reflector setup. I'll try to find the video.

For videos  they have a teleprompter

But the WAN show is live and not scripted

Linus is magic, he doesnt need a script. he just opens his mouth, and techno wizardry comes out

This is how I fooled my Spanish teacher.  We were told to make and memorize lines that would typically appear on a news channel and record a video, we just strategically placed pieces of paper with our lines in them somewhere out of the camera's sight.
