Mercury is also good for IOS but is not as fast starting as safari. On desktop Firefox has always been my favorite as it works very well and I like Mozilla.

 

Apparently you iOS guys can download MP3s through mercury?

On desktop : Firefox. because it has all the extensions needed to make it look and feel like it Opera of old(12 and older).

There's also Vivaldi that's coming along nicely, which is essentially the Opera of old remade with Chronium (and is what Opera 15+ should've been instead of the awful browser they made without any bookmarks), but it still has too many issues for me to switch to it just yet.

 

On  mobile : Dolphin. Because I can enable Flash on it (modded flash 11 to work on kitkat), which is needed for CrunchyRoll.

While crunchyroll technically has an app, it's TERRIBLE and 99% of the shows that you can watch, for free, on desktop, ask you to pay for premium on mobile, so I use a mobile browser with flash enabled to view anime for free on the site.

I like edge, though its still a bit clunky I like it.

IE on my phone, don't really have a choice there until it gets upgraded to 10 :)

Chrome for PC, Firefox for mobile. I don't like chrome as much on mobile for whatever reason.

Chrome for that godlike seamless syncing between devices. 

 

Although chrome is weird on ios, they just added "swipe left to go back". And its still slower than just hitting the back button because of the stupid animation. Come on google, put some effort into it.

I use chrome currently. but I like firefox also. I really do not care too much about my browser... as long as it allows me to get shit done I do not care. I have bigger things to worry about.

Is it bad that my dream setup only costs a few thousand not counting the obutto?

Chrome and Chrome. I'm trying Microsoft Edge, but I'm too used to Google Chrome. I'll give it to Microsoft Edge that it is probably the most beautiful but most simplest browser (correct me if I'm wrong :P)

its not meant for speed really.

Opera for desktop. Chromium backend with all the plugins/extensions needed and wanted while also being more memory efficient than Chrome.

 

Dolphin for mobile, just the best one that is lightweight and has some neat features.
