Of course. I ordered something because that's what I wanted to eat. They're getting paid to fulfill that.

I wouldn't really call it complaining. It's pointing out a mistake and having it corrected.

If what I get is cheaper than what I paid, I complain...

Else, food is food... But I make a mental note on not to eat there again...

Depends.... If the food is good, then awesome ! I just made my food options from that store to more then 1. And if it tastes bad, go back and complain.

Yes I fucking do, if I pay for something and it's not what I wanted or not in a way I wanted ie not cooked enough or too coocked (I lack the words to formulate this any better cause I'm  German and  stuff) then I'll fucking complain. I once had my regular kebap shop decide to put beans and shit in my kebap without saying anything (they normally don't do that) and then the guy was rude and told me that it's my fault and I went fucking nuts. I got a free kebap menu. Win.

Depends. If I order a steak and onions and you give me a bowl of Kraft macaroni (it's OK I guess but not steak), then I'll complain. If you do something small or accidentally give me something else I like instead (like if I order fries and get green beans) then I don't usually complain. People are going to make mistakes in every profession, I'd rather someone screw up my order than screw up in open heart surgery.

The customer is always right.  I was able to learn this from my ex-wife and ended up passing it on of all things to my ex-fiancee (woman I met after the ex-wife).

Too many ****ing games!  Back log 4 life! :S

It really depends on how bad they mess up. If I order a pizza and get salad, then I will ask them to fix my order. If I get something like wings and it comes with the wrong sauce, then I will go ahead and eat them. Also if something is missing from my order, I will ask them to bring out what the forgot.

I've worked at a few restaurants so I know that mess ups happen from time to time, but I also know that accidents are preventable.

Haha don't you just hate it when they change their order at the window?

(I work fast food to and usually it's because I forget something on the fryer)

the very worst is when they relize what they order, or that they forgot something, and want something new and more expensive, then get mad that they have to pay for it.

or people that ask for food at prices that dont exist. mcdoubles are 1.20. people ask "can i get a mcdouble for a dollar" all the time. then get mad that when i ring it up its 1.20.

It depends: I won't eat something I don't like but if it's between a Pepperoni Pizza and a Cheese Pizza I might mention it but I still eat it since I love both and often make decisions on a whim without being sure of what I wanted.

It also depends a lot on price: If I paid for something cheaper and get something better by mistake I won't even mention it unless I really hate the alternative: I love feeling like I got away with stuff.
