Here is what they have to say

2014 was a year that captivated us all. Whether it was an endless stream of headlines on Facebook promising you’d “never believe what happens next” or global news keeping us glued to the TV, our Twitter stream or both – it was a year full of conversation starters.
As the year wraps up, we analyzed web data using our Trending Phrases tool to uncover the most buzzworthy phrases from each month of 2014. Trending Phrases is one of the features of SwiftKey Cloud on Android. It examines Twitter data and cross references it with news sources to sift out the most relevant daily discussions and trending topics, adding them to your language model so they’re at your fingertips when you need them.

They must have been looking at spikes and increases in the amount rather than the most used overall

I never believe in this kind of lists. They use this kind of reports as advertisements.

The stone cannot know why the chisel cleaves it; the iron cannot know why the fire scorches it. When thy life is cleft and scorched, when death and despair leap at thee, beat not thy breast and curse thy evil fate, but thank the Builder for the trials that shape thee.

for everyone that is having a melt down about swift key having all the access to your everything you typed.

this data comes from their cloud service which you can not use.  second its an aggregated list, no one cares about what you text-ed to your grand mother.

so just because some one can see what you do, does not mean they give a crap about it. you are not special im not special. if you are may be dont use swiftkey.

I don't see "suck my ass" anywhere on that.

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)

Could they not have found a better way to present the words/phrases than with a giant random cluster?
