When you think its over budget?

I was wondering when it becomes " oh no its out of range now" for friends here.

 

Lets say you are going to build a 1000 bucks rig as you planed it. how much more is bucks and your started thinking is going off budget ?

 

just having fun . not a serious question . My off budget is above 1100 bucks for a 1000 bucks rig. means 100+

Off-Topic: My parents went 200% over budget when renovating the house. It really depending on how much you are spending and how it will effect the end result.

Over budget is more than 10%. Some people don't take into consideration about tax and whatnot. Then again, when I'm building computers for people, they aren't gonna know the difference between graphics cards such as a 980 vs. 970. So, I've had to downgrade for them a couple times.

If I plan a new rig i really don't care about the money. I think setting a limit and ending up with a build you don't love 100% because you would have wanted to choose other parts s**** b****.

My brother wanted me to build his gaming computer for him, he gave me a budget of $1,000, I went $250 over budget with shipping and taxes, haha. But for myself I'd say $150 over is as far over as I'd go.

tell me one thing . i never used mulit monitor think. i use active glasses for 3d . do you know what is the difference b/t glasses and multi monitor experience. i mean the feel. ?
