It looks like they take advantage of insane motion blur to make the graphics appear nice in that pic of the 240. 

It's all from my older PC lol.

I don't think it's a problem with your pc. I see it in a lot of newer games (COD being a big one). Motion blur makes me sick. Like, physically makes me ill. 

Then why the hell do you want to play on consoles where it's sometimes forced?

the s14 shots look like juiced 2

Juiced 2 is significantly lower in graphic fidelity,even on PC,good arcade racer though.

Here is shift 2 in motion,only difference is i had mine at 3180x1770 resolution (around 3K) DS'd 1080p.

looks truly amazing and promising as well.

Well the developers made everything 4k apart from trees, texture mods and skins come in 4k or 8k,  theres an option for 2k. Oddly it runs extremely well but you need a wheel.

Still waiting on some racing game going full out on weather conditions, while not cheaping out on the environment either. And to make it perfect they would have to ditch the whole "crowd" that is supposedly watching me drive: back in gt3 it was some blur of cardboard people, and while graphics have improved, they are still a bunch of cardboard people. It's both time and graphics power wasted if they tried to make them better, so i'd rather have them ditch it completely.
