Some People might disagree with me but i just hate the reference 770. it looks like i should be brushing off chalkboards with it

that isn't the reference cooler, that is EVGA's cheaper version of it. its a horrible thing

Even though specs are more important, looks are still a deal breaker for me. If I have to look at that keyboard every day, it's gotta look nice.

They do. However, it isn't the nicest look at all. Pretty ugly due to compromises made.
