hi guys

 

recently i feel just lifeless, being at school thinking is a chore, like im not learning anything, feeling down all of the time, having a bad temper raging and arguing at home, i only feel relaxed on my pc in my room playing games all day.

does anyone know how to help me?

I would say hangout with friends and go out to eat with them when you have the time I find it helps especially during exams or long periods of work being around other people helps to motivate you or keep you more focused.

I know how it feels when you just get worn down by everything around you.

Has it ever occured to you your current lifestyle is causing you this current state of mind? Maybe time to change it? Get a hobby, go out more with friends or w/e is different from your current lifestyle.

i try to get out with friends but i live further away from school and my town centre so a bit

A therapist could probably help. Are there any sensory deprivation tanks near you? Neither are final answers, but can help you find it.

it might be becuase im indoors most of the time and i dont really explore etc..
