Im sorry but no, so much other shit has happened in other places in the world. Which are a lot more grave than this and no one is having a moment of silence for them.

Just because it happened to the US, doesnt make it more important than other stuff, i dont remember reading or hearing at all for the tsunami in Haiti that killed more than 200,000 the year after

you sound so arrogant, what i'm saying is if you walk into a door you learn from it and don't do it again if you don't reflect on what happened your just going to keep walking into that wall. that's why its important to always look back and remember what happened even if its for remembering people or events

well situations change and giving me an rectal exam every time i need to take the plane somewhere is not gonna prevent something bad from happening. also it might be cruel but a wise man once said "you dont do the same trick over again. you do a different trick" therefore bad shit will find a way to happen. being sad about the shit that happened isnt gonna help in the future.

People don't even give a fuck about more important things than 9/11. They think it was the worst thing ever, in reality, since the day it happened, countless worse things happened, but nobody even cares..

It's not the act itself but it's what happen due to those events what makes it so big.

Because of the attack wars happened, the US got horrible police state like laws, the security levels all over the world had drastic changes, all the NSA spying on citizens comes out of this event, and moslems all over the world are getting associated with terrorist because of it.

It may not be the biggest crime in the past years but it had the biggest impact on the world of all events in 21 century it literally changed the world.
