I call it simply... a Tool

Atleast you don't just call it tool, "I miss my tool" "I'm going to go use my tool"

one of my friends named his gaming rig "The Great Communicator" lol. as for mine... its just "The Computernator" which is strange but it sounds cool.

Mines called The Wife , it takes all my money but on the other hand a PC can be switched off and 'turned on' when ever i feel like it lol

I like browsing the computers on the local net at work, then try to match the computer name to the users, I like the offensive names , sometimes they say a lot about a person :D

The PC that got me through university (10 years ago) I called ADAMSBADBOY. Was a Dell  dimension 8300. Now my iMac is called. Macy. Original I know.

Okay, so I've decided to put XP back on my old rig, but now I don't know what to name it. I like the names alpenwasser chooses, so I'm between ZEUS, HELIOS, and APOLLO. I like ZEUS, because I think of that like a god or something that is really mighty, I guess, which would describe my computer perfectly.
