Changing Secure boot Config, No boot

Go to solution Solved by KingofAces49,

***Update*** I'm not sure what the fix was But I Unplugged every cable in the back of my PC and now It boots into the BIOS, Sorry to take up anyone's time.

I was trying to change some settings to allow my desktop to update to windows 11. One of the settings I was changing was secure boot, I was following the video linked at the end. When changing the system mode from setup (I cant actually remember what mode it was in I just know it wasn't user) to user, I changed secure boot mode from "standard" to "custom". It asked me to save and restart so I did. Now I don't get any output from my pc. No signal for even a BIOS. I tried both DP and HDMI from my graphics card and the ones built into the Motherboard. I run an MSI Tomahawk B350. It was working fine beforehand. This was the only setting I was changing at the time (successful reboots in between each change). I have restarted, disconnected from the wall and held the power button, all the steps on the guide. The only additional Info I can put in is that the "Boot" LED is the one that stays on. Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
