What did you name your computer?

My workstation is called Zeus - it's the name of a computer my dad was an engineer with at OSM Computers back in the early 80's.

 

The cool thing about that computer was the top was real varnished wood. Lol.

Well... I don't like to name my rigs so if I was to it would be:

 

System 1, System 2, System 3, Media Server, File Server, Music System

 

As you can see I take a lot of time to name my rigs. Every time I add a new system to the mix I just change the number after System (#)

All of mine have the same naming convention:

Alex - laptop Alex-desktop-pc Alex-surface, and any virtual machine gets the Alex-virtual-OS(depending on the operating system it runs) eg Alex-virtual-ubuntu15

Rosabella. It mean 'Beautiful rose'. If I was to have a daughter I would like her to have the name Ruby or Rosabella. Considering the lighting is blue my computer is the Beautiful blue rose.

Phone - I think I called my GS4 'Node' at some point. My personal banner just reads 'WHARBLEGURBLEH' now in honor of Arby & the Chi3f.

I didn't name my rig at first, I instead named the upgrades.

Building it: Genesis. (for obvious reasons)

Upgrading it: More Power. (because It was a CPU/GPU upgrade)

Last "upgrade": The Beautifying. (because it was purely aesthetic)

Name I've given it: AM. (because of The Beautifying)

My main rig is called Gandalf, my hp micro server is called Faramir and my laptop is Aragorn.

 

My very first (family) PC was named Gandalf by my dad so I kept the name and the others are along the same theme. Thinking I should name my phone and tablet Frodo and Sam now.

I didn't name it, but my friends did for me. They call it "The Uber Computer" after I let some of them play on it while they were visiting my house and seriously enjoyed the glory that is PC gaming. They all have PS4s since they bought them before I met them, and they don't play enough games/online to make it worthwhile to buy a good gaming PC anyways.
