RATE THE PC SPECS ABOVE YOU :)

thetechdude

5/10 @ Mbryant

I still have a 5 or 6 year old X58 setup with GPU and SSD upgrades over time...

Curious about the 5/10, I'd rate my own probably closer to a 6.5 or 7. I don't believe I have any bottlenecks in the system.

System: i7 4790K, Hyper 212 EVO, 16 GB Crucial Ballistix, GTX 1070 Super clocked, MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition, Corsair RM 750, Corsair 750D (with 2 additional 140mm NZXT fans up top for exhaust.)

This is a neat thread haha. @Paragon_X got a solid little LAN machine there, some reasonably premium manufactures there too. Give it a solid 7/10, few points off for that PSU (proprietary connectors, I mean ATX isn't difficult).

9/10. The CPU is great, the cooler is great, the RAM is fine, the GPU is great, the storage is interesting, and the sound card is an often overlooked upgrade. I'm knocking off one point for the RAID 0 being unnecessary on your setup, as you're risking data loss for speed that SATA can't even output. (Assuming you don't have the M.2 variant, which I cannot see in your picture.) I would have RAID 1'd them, if anything. Otherwise, kickass!

Don't listen to him, your system is an easy 10/10. Beautiful parts list, and I have two Raid 0 ssd's, only thing I hate is, I don't have more of them[emoji39]
