No rest for the wicked goes early access tomorrow 

it’s a Diablo topdown meets dark souls

made by the people that made ori and the blind Forrest

 

$32 for the first few weeks untill it goes full price

 

just sharing incase anyone missed it becuase it looks like an amazing game

 

fighting cowboy has a pre early access video if you wanna see what it’s about

That’s the early access recommended tho, I assume it’s hella unoptimised atm

Minimum requirements are an R5 2600 or i5 8400 CPU and a GTX 970 or Vega 56 GPU.

 

Wait! WTF! The GTX 970 and the Vega 56 are not even in the same ballpark. 

It is in early access, so I'm assuming some more optimization needs to be done.

nah, it's the new AAA standard of not caring about optimization and saying "just upgrade yo PC brah"

Can’t be that bad because the devs just said they got it running on the steam dec at 40 fps

those "specs" are almost always complete nonsense.  also game looks like trash.

Game looks absolutely amazing. The tech is interesting as well. Game seems to run on two engines and the input is decoupled from the framerate!!!

Yeah man so even the steam deck has great input lag
