Your stool can tell you many things to do with your health, from consistency to colour. I am just curious as to how many actually bother to do this.

 

 

I do this occasionally, just glance, check everything is working ok.

As much as i will refrain from trying to be vulgar, but i have indeed had a turquoise looking stool, this was from drinking high caffeine drinks such as Rockstar/Relentless, i also had a lot of weight supplements mixed in for good measure.
