My wife can't call me

I have a Pixel 6 pro and she has a iPhone 14 pro max. Both devices have been updated to the most current software both devices have been power cycled.

 

For the last couple weeks my wife can't call me. When she does it rings once and goes 🎶da dun dunt🎶 the wireless customer you are trying to reach is unavailable. She was standing right next toe we both have 5G and 2 bars. She has T-Mobile and I have ATT.

 

I can make and receive calls to anyone and she can call anyone else and I can call her. We can both text each other fine but for some reason she can't call me.

 

Anyone know WTF is going on here‽

Sounds like a routing problem. She will need to open a case with her provider.

See if your number is under her SCAM CALLER BLOCK numbers  list.  You will have to have her send in a ticket on the site to get it resolved.
