  1. All depends on the amount of games you plan on having installed at any given time. My recommendation would be a 500GB NVME m.2 drive for the operating system and core applications and another, larger SATA SSD for games, applications, storage. The size of that second SSD all depends on how much you plan on storing.
  2. What does that mean? What's happening? What are the temps if you are having overheating issues?
  3. This is normal on modern GPUs. The fans don't fire up until load is on the GPU. What else is going on that is making you think the GPU isn't working?
  4. The entire video and it's context revolve around the CPP and it's censorship of video games. I'm not sure how you expect to have a conversation about the video and avoid that topic.
  5. Okay, that sponsor spot at the end was perfect.
  6. Ah apparently I missed that.
  7. this video felt... weird? Not necessarily bad, but just different. Was linus alone in his house with a camera on a tripod for the majority of this video?
  8. I didn't even know there was an LTT discord until I tired to join it today. Oh well, I'll have to remember that it exists in a few weeks.
  9. camelcamelcamel also has an add-on that's super clean and lightweight and I use CONSTANTLY.
  10. I second this. As someone who has no experience with prior FF games, I found the story and writing in Final Fantasy XIV to be one of the most intriguing in an MMO I have ever played. That first playthrough of the main storyline is phenomenal, even if you never get into endgame. Along with this the combat, leveling and gearing system is so much fun. Has a dedicated and helpful community that welcomes new players which is a lot more than you can say about other MMOs. Highly recommend.
  11. I would eliminate the simple stuff first. Update network drivers / replace ethernet cable, etc.
  12. Wait what? You are re-installing your OS because a window opens up on a secondary screen?
  13. You should always wait to build a computer until you need one. If you don't, then you will always be shooting yourself in the foot.
