Do you use your gaming rig for everyday use?

So do you use your PC gaming rig for everyday use (like downloading, browsing, work, etc)?

Or do you have a separate device/PC that you do that stuff on?

Yes. My desktop is my "Gaming Rig". I use it for everything.

no. I use it for games, it folds (CPU only), Mines, and is the rendering rig. If it is not one of those things, it happens on one of the laptops.

I use it for gaming and everyday use.  My laptop is a modeling beast and I do all my CS:GO and GModskins/maps/addons on there.  Schoolwork usually finds itself on my laptop but its usually whatever is more convenient.

I only have one PC. I have a second, bad laptop that I barely use. I have two screens so it's easy to multitask and game.

I'm actually typing this up on a dell latitude E4300 w/ Fedora (Cinnamon if you're wondering) installed.

Yes I use it for everything I need to. That's why it's not a console. Everything I do feels more satisfying, ergonomic and responsive when I do it on my rig.

I use it for pretty much everything accept for homework. There are too many things on my computer that distract me from doing homework.

Yes I do. I've basically retired my laptop except for when I'm traveling. When I build my next rig I'm going to retire out my current computer to the living room to be a general computer for family and friends to use when they are over

I use my gaming desktop for everyday use sometimes, when I don't feel like getting the laptop out and I feel like slouching on my desk chair.

The laptop is more comfortable though, I can take it anywhere around the house and watch TV without having to turn around
