Apple Won't Allow Masturbation Game On App Store

"HappyPlayTime, a game that aims to teach women how to masturbate, was recently rejected from the app store according to the developers. “The reason given was that ‘the concept was not something that Apple wants to go forward with,’” Tina Gong, designer behind the project, wrote on a blog post."

So... umm this was going to be a thing I really don't think this a necessary app i think girls can figure it out themselves i think people need to understand u don't need an app for everything.

As far as I know this has been Apple's policy for the longest time. Anything sexual can get rejected. The app for a Danish newspaper could't show the daily page 9 woman (who is naked, or have very little clothes on), and a book was rejected for containing drawings of nude people.

 

And is the first lesson to wrap up in a blanket and spin your head around? This stuff is more advanced then I thought.

 

Edit: Apperantly the newspaper was allowed to show the page 9 women, after the newspaper opened a case against Apple. So I have no idea why they rejected this

They made it more popular by banning it, than it could ever be left alone. 

 

This isn't Android where curious users can just side-load the app directly from the compan's website. They may have attention but they didn't get their app on the Appstore so no one will be able to check it and these kind of interests die fast.

I disagree, this attention may attract more people to make such apps, not the other way around. eventually some will make it through.

It wasn't removed from the app store. They rejected it before it was even released.

I think the art is pretty good. It's cartooney enough to be kind of cute and non-offensive, but has all the important parts clearly visible.

What do you suggest they change? Make the face more adult and sexy or make the body more realistic? Neither of them sounds like a good idea to me.

I think thats pretty silly that anyone would think, "hmm, you know what Apple needs? Masturbation." Good for them for rejecting it. Especially when theres little kids going on the app store and people who would be against it for religious reasons. I personally just think thats a bit much.
