Is this build good?

Go to solution Solved by MiszS,

You can get a better pc for this money, either get a 7800X3D for about the same price, and buy a used GPU, which will give you way more performance, or get a lower end CPU like the 7500f, and a better GPU like the 7700XT

Budget (including currency): 1200€

Country: Slovenia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Fps shooters for most

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): https://pcpartpicker.com/user/MartiKral1/saved/HVqNpg

I am upgrading from a laptop becouse its getting slow.

I have a 1080p 240hz monitor at home so I will use that. I already have a windows key.

Try using a closer PCPP not US as pricing will be totally different and I'm not sure if that includes tax. Anyways, 13600KF and 3060 for 1200eur is pretty bad deal

the 3060 is way too underpowered compared to the rest of the rig, you don't need a kf chip since you don't have a z series board, downgrade the cpu and cpu cooler and spend more on the gpu

gaming system: Intel core I9 12900ks / biostar Z690A valkyrie / 4x8gb corsair Vengeance @3333Mhz ram / RX 7900XTX pulse gpu / Thermalright peerless assassin 140 /Coolermaster Qube 500 case / Be Quiet Dark Power Pro 12 1500w power supply

laptop: Dell xps 9510, 3.5k OLED, i7 11800h, rtx 3050 ti, 2x16gb DDR4 @ 3200Mhz, 1TB main drive, 2TB add in ssd

https://geizhals.eu/  <--- check this site for lower prices.

Amazon.de, Alza, Mind Factory, Computer Universe, Case King, etc ... ship to Slovenia. You will still eat Slovenia VAT.
