I say this as someone that has worked in customer support for big tech companies.

My statement was that the person they talked to wasn't at fault for not having the information they needed. You can be cheap, like Dell was, but Dell provided their employees with the material required to serve customers. The person is a little at fault, be we can only speculate how much, as we do not know what exactly they signed up for. They could've also been new. I don't really know what a call center has to do with regulations, as it's definitely one of the least egregious outsourcings of labor we've done. People who work in call centers in India make up to 3 times the average wage (15000₹ vs 5000₹), and it's not exactly labor intensive.

i really think releasing this video is a mistake.

firstly how you know someone from theys companies did not watch video and did tell employees built better than what they regularly do.

i think this video should be only released after they recived their pre built test systems,in order to not miss lead weivers with miss leading or with wrong results
