No they said they wont be having any in the future. I think the plan is to host small Lan Party events but it sounded like they were done with LTX.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

I'm pretty sure they're stopping LTX as a whole and focusing on LAN events more.

It's on my list of things to do, don't think im gonna make it this year, maybe in a few years. I hope linus rosts more setups there

They decided to pull it due to the amount of time and effort that was required. I guess it was killing the employees to do it. Its a lot of work and such.

On the WAN show Linus alluded to the fact the city was having some issues with the Whale LAN's and it sounds like that might become an issue. Not sure if that will cause issues for the LAN center or not.

I live in Greece and can't afford a flight to Vancouver. Even if I could afford it, I'd have to go to MANY different airports. 😞

It doesn't matter if It's to Whale LAN or LTX 2024.
