Ordered this budget EVGA 750w power supply off Amazon and the box looks extremely sketchy.

Do y'all think it's fine? I'm not seeing any sort of 80+ sticker, and the box looks nothing like the Amazon listing

EVGA 750 N1, 750W, 2 Year Warranty, Power Supply 100-N1-0750-L1 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LZ3WDQG/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_2YTNFWC4C8620HZZ18R6?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

Looks pretty on par with EVGA's website. No 80+ sticker cause the supply is not 80+ rated.

Looks fine to me. If it doesn't say 80+, doesn't mean it's fake. It just means it's not 80+

Check the build quality of the unit. You should be able to tell. Noone who would cut short on packaging would do the unit itself undistinguishable.

No.

Because it isn't 80+...? And it's not like 80+ rating means it's not trash, the exploding PSU from Gigabyte was Gold rated.

Return it and get something decent.

Post what you want to power and people can help you find something better, or just check the tier list and get something from at least tier C.

Return it, it's garbage. If you need a 750w PSU you must have high-end hardware. You don't want to power that hardware with a piece of junk like the EVGA N1. It's in the 'replace immidiately tier' for a reason.

It looks like EVGA changed their box design for the N1. No worries there.

Here's a review of the PSU: https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/evga-650w-n1-power-supply-review

If you haven't used it yet, you could return it and get a better PSU.

It's not terrible, but definitely not suited for any modern computer that needs 750w. Not even for mid range gaming computers.

If you post full system specs and budget we can help find a better PSU.

Alright, I'll probably just end up returning it as I just wanted to get a spare one Incase.
