Looking into buying a mining rig, looking for constructive criticism

So first off here is what I am looking at for parts so far!

XFX ProSeries Black Edition 1250W PSU

Intel Pentium G3220

Sapphire Radeon TRI-X OC R9 290

ASRock H81 Pro BTC

And some Corsair Value 4GB RAM

Now for my questions!
1. How many gpu's could I realistically run on that PSU? While mining.

2. Does overclocking the GPU change much? Is it worth it? How about the GPU RAM, should I clock that higher?

3. Since I am planning on/need to use risers, are there anything I need to look out for in that?

4. Does system RAM change anything? So far the things I have read suggest that it changes nothing.

Those are my questions and I am hoping that you guys could be helpfull here!

Thanks!

Not going to be mining Bitcoin btw, I am looking at SCRYPT mining such as Dogecoin. Still not worth it?

Still not really worthwhile at this point. It's like $2-$3 a day profit per 1Mh.

you forgot the 15 fans you would need to keep those gpu's from overheating. Mining isn't really worth it. If your bored I guess you could do it but I wouldn't suggest it.

beast Asics are coming to scrypt so it will take a long time to break even so if you want to mine then invest in asics otherwise save your money

You're about a month late to the party; Dogecoin is quickly moving towards ASICs as well. Might as well build a good gaming pc.

SO that r9 290 you have there... 550$ for 800 kh/s? With a gridseed miner You can get 1.2 mh/s with that money. And use less power. And this will go on for months to come in which you can't step in the game because there will be something around the corner.
