Psu give enough watt

Hi forum i upgrade my pc, but is a 450 watt psu enough to handle a gtx 1060 3gt-ocv2, i7-6700k, 2x8gb ram and 5 120mm case fans

450W is enough for those components

 

but whether your PSU will handle it is another issue as not all 450W are built the same

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

Quality is what matters here. In theory it is enough if PSU actually provides 450W on its 12v rail. Not all PSUs are equal though.

That will be about as far as I'd push that psu and most importantly NO ocing on there to be safe.

CX450 on 6700k GTX1060 is veeeeeeeeeery overkill.

none of that hardware is gonna get close to tripping that PSU, even with extensive overclocking of both the GPU and CPU.........

 

and CX  non-modular greylabel is a pretty respectable PSU model.

Read it as the 350 so yeah pretty big brainfart there my bad. No idea why the vs350 was what I thought about.
