windows 11 22000.51 dev build is around the internet is official?

i search a windows 11 iso to the internet. site are have 22000 build iso. when i checked to the official windows site(https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windowsinsiderpreviewiso?wa=wsignin1.0) there is not that kind of os build available right now. can this around builds in those third party site's iso are official

If it’s not on MS’s website, it’s not official. It might be leaked, but it should by no means be treated like a legit copy and everything would be subject to change.

I don't know if uupdump is legal or illegal, but when there were some problems with installing new 10 insider builds by windows update, I'd get a working ISO through uupdump.

It has been working for so long it sould be very much legal.

In copyright standpoint, only vendor approved channels of distribution are legal. In case of Microsoft, their own site is only legal download location. Retailers are allowed to distribute hard-copies (USB), but not host actual ISOs.

Right, the official insider ISO could be downloaded from:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-insider/flight-hub/

But it updates a bit less often than uupdump.

This is the official download page. You just need to sign in to see them and download.

The most recent dev build is what you want. Currently it is windows 10 but after you install that and run windows update, it will update to 11.
