Some ATX cases can fit eATX unofficially, like the Phanteks P300 series. Cable management becomes a bit trickier, bit it can be done.

As long as it's not XL-ATX (has extra PCIe slots so it's longer) it might work.

There are plenty of other cases that support eATX that are well under $999. Some under $99.

PC Specs - AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D MSI B550M Mortar - 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR4-3600 @ CL16 - ASRock RX7800XT 660p 1TBGB & Crucial P5 1TB Fractal Define Mini C CM V750v2 - Windows 11 Pro

Heck you can just go the shove the board on whatever carboard box thats the same size as the board route and have it sitting ontop of a cardboard box, a free "case"

Did this with all of my boards and works fine, just abit messy thats the only issue

Well 14 is bigger than 9, so based on your numbers, it's no.

But if you say what case specifically, we can figure out the actual dimensions.

14" Wide? That board is basically as wide as the case itself. You likely wouldn't even be able to pass it through the frame of the case, let alone the fact that the PSU is mounted directly where the motherboard needs to go.
