What Thermal Paste or Liquid Metal do you use for you're CPU or GPU?

Arctic MX-4 has been my go to for a while now.

Main: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D, Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti, 16 GB 4400 MHz DDR4 Fedora 38 x86_64

Secondary: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G, 16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4, Fedora 38 x86_64

Server: AMD Athlon PRO 3125GE, 32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 ECC, TrueNAS Core 13.0-U5.1

Home Laptop: Intel Core i5-L16G7, 8 GB 4267 MHz LPDDR4x, Windows 11 Home 22H2 x86_64

Work Laptop: Intel Core i7-10510U, NVIDIA Quadro P520, 8 GB 2667 MHz DDR4, Windows 10 Pro 22H2 x86_64

I'm into Diamond Nano pastes even on naked Dies. In particular the Antec Formula 7.

I've been wanting to try some thermal grizzly products but I I've always used Artic MX-4 in the past.

the standard that comes with the CPU as i dont do anything hardcore but when i upgrade my CPU cooler, i am thinking i will use thermal grizzly.

Don't use liquid metal on heatsinks.  EVER.  Gallium destroys aluminum like crazy!

 

Go youtube some videos on "Gallium Aluminum Reaction"...  I mean, it's pretty awesome, but...  bad for your system.

Thermalright TFX and SYY-157.  I do have quite a bit of Kryonaut Extreme and a lot of MX-5.

I use NT-H2 because 2 is more than 1. 

 

That is the only difference that I can tell. Temps are the same with 1 and 2.

Mainly MX-4 (For everything, including my "Other" useage) but ATM I'm using NT-H1 in my daily.

Been using Arctic MX-4 in the past. Now i'm using Thermal Grizzly Hydronaut. But tbh there is no real temp difference. The same applies for Kryonaut.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.
