Android More Stable than iOS

Full system back up to SD card which I can then copypaste to my computer. I used ClockworkMod Recovery v 6.0.3.2

Ok well you needed an unlocked bootloader for that. iOS does not even need jailbreak for a full backup, this is what i was saying android needs. The average consumer won't root/unlock their bootloader

                                                                                                                                            Praise Duarte!

When I'm browsing the web on my iPad 4, provided by my school, and using Safari, it crashes at least once, maybe twice a day when loading Newegg or if I'm looking at parts on PCPartPicker for my future Intel build with my dad. It's quite annoying.

(Yes, I'm waiting for Devil's Canyon if anyone cares, but I just want to see what things are like now because the prices probably won't be excessively different than what they are now. Edit: And it's fun. :3)

Why is the God of Hyperdeath SO...DARN...CUTE!?

Also, if anyone has their mind corrupted by an anthropomorphic black latex bat, please let me know. I would like to join you.

We're have been at least one more study that came to the same conclusion. The reason why people think iOS doesn't crash as often is because you don't get any indication that something has crashed on iOS. You just get thrown back to the home screen so when something crashes people assume they accidentally pressed the home button.

Security unfortunately.

iOS isn't that great security wise. Not sure if it's better or worse than Android though. Do you have any source that it's more secure?

You dont need it on Android either. You can use a program like Samsung Kies to do a full backup if you want.

Analysis of the Apple security doc released after the SSL breach, it starts about at half of the podcast i believe.

"The iphone is a crypto heaven", but not perfect of course, some flaws are discussed on the part 3.

Signatures are stupid.

I think the general consensus is that IOS is more secure, however if you put the effort into setting up android for a particular purpose (e.g a custom rom for business or security) then it is just as safe.

Grammar and spelling is not indicative of intelligence/knowledge.  Not having the same opinion does not always mean lack of understanding.

Well, surely you can do some things to improve your security.

But it's interesting to see what is discussed on the links that i posted before to see that the security on the iphone goes way beyond the software, there is way more security built into the hardware engineering of those devices than you can think of.

Very interesting.

I would figure it was the other way around if I'm honest...

I'm a fan of Android by all means, but I was almost certain it was quite a bit more unstable than iOS. Perhaps my experience with it was limited to poorly developed ROMs on a low powered phone, lol.

if you have to insist you think for yourself, i'm not going to believe you.

No kidding, while viewing this using Tapatalk on iOS 7, the app ran out of memory and crashed.

I am very frustrated with iOS 7. I find so many small bugs that have been with it for many versions of iOS. For example, somehow, the music app is unable to remember the last song I was on from earlier in the day.
