Trying to find a new psu because of upgrade

My friend is giving my an (asus strix) R9 390 for free. My current power supply doesn't have the connectors that are needed for it so I'm looking for a new one. I want something that will give me some wiggle room for the future, preferably between $50-$60, and at least 80+ Bronze. Any help is greatly appreciated.

What's the brand and model of this PSU an how does it power your current R9 280X?

It's an Lsp Ultra 650 watt, but in reality it's closer to a 500 watt power supply as the 12v rail only supports 450 watts. It uses two 6 pin connectors right now but the R9 390 needs a 6 pin and an 8 pin.
