Addicting.

HP Pavilion p007tx (i5 4210u, gt840m, 8GB DDR3 memory and a 1 TB HDD that makes cool sounds when booting up)

Since my laptop can't run modern games too well I use a PS4

Sweet Amber - Metallica

I have a soft spot for the St. Anger album. I have always wondered the reception it would've gotten if it was released by another band, probably a decent one sadly.

There is no way to know what reception the album would have gotten if it wasn't a Metallica album.

It's a pretty meaningless thing to ponder anyway, since we do judge albums based on the previous output of a band. If Madonna had released Tomb of the Mutilated the album would have been critized aswell.

I guess if an industrial band had made the album it would just have been a bad industrial album, and not a horrible Metallica album.

But everything was just wrong on that album. Using the snare as the main driver of an album can work (see Fear Factory), but when it sounds like it did on St. Anger it shouldn't even be on the album.

Also, the song writting is just horrid. Especially, on All Within My Hands.

I need to get a new hobby. I'm listning to doom/folk metal from Belarus.

You know you're deep in the rabbit hole when that happens.
