Really good game in general. It's a stealth game with some weird powers but it's also a play as you want game so if you want to be aggressive and go full combat sure why not.

It's a bit hard to explain but it's just a really well made game with a good story a very good morality system that influences the story and the game, amazing level design, very fluent movement and combat and overall just an excellent game.

Easiest answer, there - for me - would be "what genres do I like & what's available?".

Add to that; are you an existing XBox user that upgraded or a total (platform) beginner?

I frequently edit any posts you may quote; please check for anything I 'may' have added.

Did you test boot it, before you built in into the case?

WHY NOT...?!

I am a total platform beginner. I use to play on a PS4 and before that I use to play on a pc. I like shooters, fighting games (use to play unreal tournament a lot)  and I really like Fuzion Frenzy for some reason (It was on of the first games I tried on the series x and it was pretty fun!) and I live in the UK

Well, you can take advantage of all the free games, like Warzone, Fortnite, Warframe, World of Warships etc...

Then, my advice would be to get game pass for Xbox.

You'll also get E.A Play for free, so, with Game Pass, in total, you'll have dozens and dozens of AAA titles to pick from...and i think it's still 0.99 pence/cents (whatever your currency) for the first month.

If you have a credit card I'd recommend it 100%, as it'll get you a ton of good games to plow through and very little cost.

I have Game Pass (and E.A Play - though that isn't free on pc at the moment) on pc, and I'm currently playing through Jedi : Fallen Order, BF1 and 5, Yakuza 2, Rage 2, The Outer Worlds, Resident Evil 7, Sea of Thieves...I could go on all day, but I think you get the idea.

Between the free games, Game Pass + E.A Play, and anything else that goes on sale, you are set.

Medium, I've seen a lot of the gameplay (the youtuber I watch hasn't finished the game yet), but I liked it, i.e. the spooky vibes.

Attention is what makes life meaningful.

Also, please quote me for a reply. 🙂

If you haven't played Hellblade you might check that out since Hellblade 2 is going to be one of XBox's biggest exclusives. Though I imagine it's a couple of years out since they haven't given a release date. But when that drops man Series X is gonna start really whispering buy me buy me to me. 😄

Since you're new to the platform, and the series X is backwards compatible across all generations of Xbox.

  • Halo Master Chief Collection and Halo 5.  Halo's campaigns, all of them, are solid AF, even the weakest one is still a fun time.  IMO, the series has lore with it's games, movies, series, books, etc, to rival that of Star Wars.
  • Gears of War 1-5 at least.  Gears is another staple of the Microsoft brand image, and imo, it's really fun.  I even enjoyed the campaigns of 4 and 5.
  • Forza Horizon 4
  • Rare Replay.  These are older titles, some are from the N64, some are from the OG Xbox and 360, but they're all solid games and a good look into Rare, one of the studios Microsoft owns.
  • Ori and the Blind Forest and Ori and the Will of the Wisps
  • Hellblade
  • Sunset Overdrive.  It's such a fun game, and imo, overlooked and underrated.
  • Forza Motorsport 7, if you like traditional racing that is.
  • If you like RTS games, Halo Wars 2 and Gears Tactics are good to look at.
  • Crackdown 1 and 2.  Crackdown 3 isn't good, but the first two are fun times.

These are some of the games, there's more (such as Viva Pinata) but I am thinking of bigger ones

Currently focusing on my video game collection.

It doesn't matter what you play games on, just play good games you enjoy.

You do realize the One X isn't capable of pushing more than 60FPS in Warzone, right? It's hard capped at 60 on the One. Just because it can run the monitor at a higher refresh rate, that doesn't mean the console itself is pushing more frames.

Anyway as for OP, this is my shortlist of games to play between the 360 back compat and XB1/Series games.

  • Ilomilo - kinda fun and cutesy puzzle platformer
  • Basically all of the Gears of War games
  • Master Chief Collection
  • Forza Horizon 4/Motorsport 7
  • The "remastered" Bioshock games
  • Ori: The Collection
  • Voodoo Vince remaster
  • Destroy All Humans remaster

one X is locked at 60 fps, just cause you have monitor that suports it,doesnt mean it runs on it.

Depends on what you like. You have a gamepass and can look what you like.

But game i played and i am playing are RDR2(amazing game)

UFC 4,Hellblade,Sea of thieves,Apex legends,i heard halo and gears of war are good aswell.

Warzone and fornite run at 120fps so they are pretty sweet to play aswell if you played it on older consoles
