Android 11 is here and I like it.

RILEYISMYNAME

Android 11 doesn't add a TON of new features, but there's still enough tweaks and optimizations to make diehard Android fans happy. Let's talk about 'em!

Can't wait to try it out in 2027. Thanks Obama Oppo.

You can take a look at all of the Tech that I own and have owned over the years in my About Me section and on my Profile.

I'm Swiss and my Mother language is Swiss German of course, I speak the Aargauer dialect. If you want to watch a great video about Swiss German which explains the language and outlines the Basics, then click here.

If I could just play Videogames and consume Cool Content all day long for the rest of my life, then that would be sick.

Makes no sense, bordering on idiocy, to use a meme for Obama while living in another country thousands of miles away.

That's all.  Wasn't a big deal but since you had me explain it... :P

jeez, we live in a day-and-age where people have to explain their "Thank Obama" meme to others on the internet.

Thanks Obama.

Linus I hope you read this to give you some insight as to why the chat heads thing is so great for some people. You seem to really not like it or understand what's nice about it, so I hope you read why I like it:

It's literally the most convenient way to talk to people. When I'm at work I'm constantly messaging my wife. I have chosen to message her on Facebook Messenger specifically because of the chat head. The chat head goes on top of ANY application, which is a big deal. I could be watching an LTT video (which I normally save for work) and I don't have to swipe up, tap the button that views your open apps, tap the messaging app, then respond. Then go back to what you're doing. It's extremely inconvenient.

With a chat head, all I do is tap the bubble, respond, then tap it away. Then I can continue doing what I was doing super quickly.

I still use android 4.1

Like.... what really necessitated needing 8 more versions since then?

I get the feeling they're adding way to many numbers just to sell phones that do nothing different but seem as if the software is somehow radically new.

I have a phone with Android 9 on it. I have removed the SIM card and disabled BT, wifi, and everything else on it. Why? Because if I connect it to the internet, within 3-4 minutes, someone has managed to break into it and starts making it do horrible crap.

That 8 more versions is mostly for security, though with 4.1, you probably are safe since nobody cares about anything that old...

I was wrong, it has Android 7 on it. Oops. My Razer Phone 2 still has 9 on it, and it's still marginally secure.

It allows you to listen to music or watch videos with a miniature video in the bottom right while you are doing something else, you could also have maps open for if you are navigating for someone and responding to texts at the same time, just something that you don't know you need 'till you do.
