Whats an easy and quick way to clean dust from electronics?

I want to be able to clean the dust on my screen,keyboard,speakers and general desk setup. I dont want to just spread the dust by using a blower since me and my sisters beds are near so stirring up the dust would be a bad idea.

Also I want to be able to clean the dust fast and easy with a litlle less elbow grease required compared to a microfiber cloth.

The paintbrush + vacuum combo works. Just make sure it's not a low quality paintbrush that leaves strands behind. But for the desk, really, just microfiber it, it takes like, 15 seconds to dust off a desk.

 

If you want to do the case, take it outside and blow off the dust there.

I use a vacuum that uses duct tape to reduce the suction down to 3 bendy straws.  Maneuverable and great suction power.  Can even put the paintbrush as noted above taped to it for some real cleaning.

that works, but you have to be careful when doing this over bare PCB's. say if you wanted to clean a laptop this way and you open it up to clean it this method is dangerous because the vacuum could rip components off the motherboard. in that case compressed air is better.

A vacuum can lift components off a PCB?  Overheated the solder joints may cause this but I don't see how that's possible at all.  I mean, unless your vacuum is top of the line hooker suction.  

 

Not sure how this would happen, Ive been doing it this way to bare PCBs for years.

Damn, what kind of vacuum do you have that rips components off PCBs?

Does your sister have any old makeup brushes she no longer uses? those tend to work better than paint brushes

Vacuum or compressed air for loose dust (case) 

these things for cleaning your ears (I really don’t know the word for them) you can use that for your keyboard

I know how I'd break things with vacuum - by actually hitting the components on pcb with the vacuum. It is possible that there are other people like this.
