Ryzen 5 1600AF burst to 5.3Ghz?

Yesterday i got a Ryzen 5 1600AF, all i well, i was curious to see the turbo speed and temps so i opened up HWMonitor and started gameing, after about 30mins, i saw max temps 75, all cores are running at 3.4Ghz but max speed of cores is 5.3ghz.. and the power draw is 69W... you can see what mean in the picture.

My question is, is this okey?

P.S. sorry for if my english is bad.

PC specs:
CPU: Ryzne 5 1600AF
RAM: Adata 2x4GB 3000Mhz
GPU: Zotac 1650 OC 
MB: Asus Prime A320M-K 
PSU: Raidmax 400W 
SSD: Kingston A400 240GB

It's just a false reading. Other than Ryzen Master, HWiNFO tends to be the most accurate for Ryzen CPUs, so I'd suggest using that instead of HWMonitor.

HW Monitor cannot track Zen accurately. Use Ryzen Master.

Check Windows Event Viewer for WHEL errors. If they are there, then your systems is struggling with stability.

 

I suspect, however, that HWMonitor isn't reading the clocks quite right. Follow @Mateyyy's suggestion:

Would it actually be possible to run an R5 1600 af on 5,3 gHz with an A 320 board?

the short answer is no and the long answer is no but with caveats, A320 does not allow overclocking except in some rare cases, I have an MSI A320 A-PRO MAX that does allow it.

Another problem is that most motherboards only have a 4 pin EPS connector, that would not allow over 130W of power through it.

Even if you found a board that fits the requirements you will find that getting an OC stable is rather hard on a 3 phase VRM module, also the 1600 does no oc high, the record is 5.9 GHz.

You would need liquid nitrogen to do so.

I'd be interested in seeing such an oc on an A320 though

with a good board you can get an overclock, the GA-A320M-S2H seems to have the best vrms and oc support

some vendors (MSI and Gigabyte) are crazy enough to allow full multiplier overclocking, sure the VRMs are complete garbage but in some cases (lower end parts, 3100 - 3300x and the APUs)  you can get a small overclock
