@Fasauceome I live in Europe ( I'm from Albania)

Budget around 250€

For your H510 elite, you can only fit 280mm radiators. A Corsair H115i or NZXT Kraken X63 fits the bill.

In that realm, large air coolers are also a viable high end choice, for much lower cost. Dark rock pro 4, Noctua NH-D15, Zalman CNPS20X, Scythe fuma rev b.

That Case is awful for airflow and you shouldnt use it, look for a better case then get a 360mm aio. If you are going for 5.3ghz youll need a very good cooler, even NH-D15 would keep it a bit toasty.

@Fasauceome what about NZXT Z63?

I don't actually think that is a different cooler, just different branding for the X63

That, or they are near identical.

Even the monstrous NH-D15 can't handle a 5.3GHz Intel CPU...

You will need at least a 360mm radiator,at that point is where you typically start using extreme cooling.

Might want to use a chiller.

you can't fit a 360mm rad in the H510 elite

A 360mm radiator for a high clocked Intel CPU is a better pick, then.

apparently the gigabyte cooler is controlled by extremely annoying software

Air-flow is a problem in that case,I recommend to use a case with mesh front.

At that frequency i had prefer to use a chiller,but it can be problematic for some people.

You should be just fine with a 280mm rad if you use the pc for gaming and not prime95 looping or cpu-rendering.

And get Arctic Liquid Freezer II if you dont want to pay +100% for rgb.

A 280mm rad can't cool an 8 core CPU at 5.3GHz...

It maybe fine for 5GHz though.

Its +200W:s in avx-loads that stress all threads. Not in gaming.

Also Liquid freezer ii 280 has a 38mm thick rad and x73 has a 27mm one. The difference in cooling perf is small if not within the margin of error.

Some gaming workloads utilize a lot of the CPU,for example in Assassin's Creed titles,FFXV,Red Dead Redemption.

And it's not a good idea to buy a cooler that can't cool the CPU in full load.and what OP will do if a game hits the CPU hard?

I said what I said full in mind that some games use avx.

I also said that 360mm rad is not necessarily any better as it only has a small advantage on surface area comparing to a similar thickness 280mm one. If the 280mm is thicker, it can be better.

X62 and x72 are pretty much equal too on charts.

It depends on the design and the manufacturing process,the EVGA CLC 360 is significantly better than the rest of the coolers in the benchmarks.

Its the worst aio in the list. Its just brute forced with hellishly loud fans. And 40dB vs 60dB is 4x difference in perceived loudness.
