Yee EVGA units are really nice, buuut the stock fans are loud. I use a CLC 280 on my X79 rig, replaced the fans with NF-P14s and it's super nice

Seems like the Arctic Freezer is indeed the best there,for some reason i didn't see the noise normalized test.

Anyway the margins grow the more load you put onto the cooler,so a 360mm will perform better,and you will see a significant difference since the cooler will be at it's limit.
